Dear Migo'er,

In relation to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we receive many questions regarding the shipment of your online orders, the packing of parcels and the dangers of electronic smoking. We would like to answer some of these questions for you. If your question is not listed here, please email [email protected] and we will answer it as soon as possible.

Due to the coronavirus, we are currently with less people at the office and there are fewer people present when packing your package. All packages (if ordered before 15:00) will be offered the same day at PostNL. The delivery time we keep (3 -5 workdays) is unfortunately not feasible in many cases due to large - persistent - workload at PostNL. Keep in mind that you place your order early.

A number of our points of sale are simply open, however, this depends on the location and agreements with the relevant municipality. Please refer to our storelocator for a store near you. Unfortunately we do not have an overview of shops that are currently closed.

Your packaging will be packed safely by our employees. The employees wear gloves and in case of a form of cough and/or runny nose they are asked to stay at home. RIVM has indicated that the virus cannot be transmitted through packages. In order to reduce the chances of infection internally, some employees currently work at home. If this is going to cause problems for sending your parcels and/or the service we are trying to provide, we will see if there are options to deploy more employees.
