How soon can I expect my order?

Orders sent by post can be delivered the next working day if you order before 17:00 o'clock and delivery in the Netherlands. 

Mailbox post (ordered before 17:00 on working days, delivered tomorrow only in the Netherlands)

If your order fits through the letterbox, we will send it in a sturdy bubble envelope free of charge. You do not have to be at home to receive these items; you will automatically find them the next working day on the doormat or in the letterbox.

Parcel post Netherlands (ordered before 17:00, delivered tomorrow only in the Netherlands)

For orders over € 20, - we will ship your order for FREE! If you order before 17.00 o'clock, you will receive your order the next working day at home or at a desired collection point of PostNL. If you order on Saturday, your order will be shipped the next working day. 

Track & Trace

After placing your order you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code you can view and track the scheduled delivery time.

Return and warranty

Not happy with a purchase?

Not the product you had hoped for or did you come up with? No problem, we understand. If you have not used the product yet, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (if possible in original packaging). Make sure you first contact customer service, then we will send you a return form.

It is of course possible that a product has technical problems and does not work. Don't panic, we will solve it for you. Always contact customer service for return, often we can solve your problem within 1 day.

Our products are electronic and unfortunately, also electronics sometimes break down. Fortunately, we have a quick solution or replacement for almost everything. Let us know what is wrong and we will solve it as soon as possible, no problem!
